Message: Working with Sunwest Honda, and specifically with Ken, was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I called from out of state to purchase a hard to find vehicle and Ken immediately went to work by creating a walk around video and making sure I had everything I needed. I ended up finding and buying a vehicle at a different dealer, so why am I leaving a review? Message: When we vacation on the Oregon Coast and have any car issues, we just call Sunwest Honda in Newport, and they ALWAYS get us an appointment on the same day with no problems! Their service department is professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and just so pleasant to work with. We've had them service our car twice (headlights replaced and fixing a tire indicator light that was turning on for no reason at all) and will definitely go to them for any kind of Honda servicing while we're on vacation. It's so nice to know that I can rely on Sunwest Honda for any servicing needs. :-).
