Message: Friendly, fast service with staff that handles customers needs. They also offer wind shield wiper replacements as well. I've bought 3 sets of tires there in the past few years and I definitely will continue with their serve.

Message: Bought 12 Michelin Agilis tires from this location for my work vans. Called in today for information on a Michelin recall for this make and model of tire and didn't receive the help I needed. Before the end of the business day, Mgr Mike called and answered all of my questions. His assistance saved a customer relationship. Thanks.

Message: Decent place. They seemed to treat men and women equally which I appreciated. I was in need of an alignment and they do not offer alignments at this place, they gave me the name of a good local place and I ended up going there and having excellent service. I appreciate the helpfulness this place offered. I took away one star because we used Fix-A-Flat in one of our tires and they mentioned they do not clean the tire other than spraying it down with an air hose before putting on the new tire. This can cause problems if fix a flat is left on the inside of the car rim.

Message: Very friendly and accurate with their estimated times. Honest and quality work. I highly recommend their added warranty per tire. They absolutely stand behind their work and warranty.

Message: Having worked as a consultant doing lots of customer contact, interaction, and service I consider the service at this store to be excellent. A special call out to Zane and Richard. After the car was on the rack - they notified me of some mechanical issues - they went above and beyond to help me solve the issues and get me back on the road. If you aren't using this establishment - you are doing yourself a great disservice. Thank you Richard and Zane!

Message: Took a flat tire there, expecting to pay to have it repaired and mounted. After checking all my tire air, grinding hub plate and fixing flat,. No-Charge. I was amazed. They also have a great selection of tires/wheels.

Message: I've never had a bad time at one of these locations. Was picking up a cheap used set of snow tires from a guy in Eugene since everywhere is backordered, had him meet me at Discount Tire and I called and set an appointment to get em mounted as I was starting my 2 hour drive down. Great service, was in and out in maybe 25 minutes on a busy night. 4 tires not even purchased at location mounted and balanced and old tires disposed for $88 out the door. Frankly they could charge $125 and it would still be worth it but don't told em I said that.

Message: Wow …. Discount Tires in Eugene is an amazing place. I needed a new rim and they helped me with a replace, helped me get a refund in a tire I just bought a few days ago and provided my with excellent service.. Big thanks for all their help!
