He explained the add on warranty- which my husband and I are budget conscious. We review numbers carefully. We found it a great value and future reassurance and there was no pressure to consider it. He even kept my daughter busy with a coloring book and crayons! The whole dealership worked well as a team with friendly, great, no pressure personalities. Message: Me and my wife just purchased a certified used 2020 Outback at Carr Subaru and had a fantastic experience. Travis Jimenez was our salesman that we were so lucky ti get as we were a walk-in. He is apparently only been with Carr a short time but I recommend they hold onto him as he was the best salesman we have dealt while purchasing a car. He was extremely polite and very helpful in finding exactly what we wanted, and the best part is NOT pushy like everyone pictures the experienc. Message: I had the pleasure of working with Vito, when buying my 2023 Crosstrek. I was greeted with warm hospitality and felt he had my best interest in mind the whole time. Vito was super friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable about Subarus. I got exactly the car I wanted in my price range! Message: I went to Carr Subaru just to look. I didn’t think I would be able to get anything especially with the car prices right now. Well when my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted by Emanual. He was so sweet and helped me find cars that I liked. I sat in a few cars but I knew I wanted to test drive this one. He didn’t go with us so we felt more comfortable. Emanual got all the paperwork done that night. Unfortunately we had to wait till the next day for his finance guy Hamid to get everything finished up and sent to the bank. They made me a sweet deal and I got to go with my new to me car! Instantly felt like he was looking out for my best interest, and not just trying to get a sale. I appreciate the whole team there, after I bought the car, they called and brought me back in for an even better rate! They didn’t have to do that, they already had the sale and I was long gone. Message: Recently bought a 2022 Crosstrek from Gage at Carr Subaru. This was my 4th dealership I called or went to in person. Right from the phone call Gage was informative and didn't wreak of commission breath. Being in sales myself I really appreciated the way he went about letting the car sell itself, just by answering my questions and explaining all the features. Austin, the sales manager, also stepped in to help with the deal when it turned out they didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot. He found one and had it delivered and ready for me next day. The negotiation was very transparent, it didn't take an hour floating the same paper back and forth between the salesman and the manager. They found a lender with a good rate and didn't push a bunch of extras on me that I didn't want. Highly recommend starting with Carr Subaru if you are looking for a particular Subaru.

Message: I bought my first car on April 2, 2022 at Carr Subaru where Madison Seide was able to help with the whole process. I had the best first experience purchasing a car with her making everything run smoothly and quickly. My mom and dad (Spanish speakers) were also present, and Madison tried her best to have good communication with them. She also still has communication with me which should be important to anyone making such a huge first purchase!
